Hartwell Apparel is celebrating 70 years as one of the nation's premier suppliers to the promotional products industry! The company was started in 1939 as a manufacturer of men's work clothes and uniforms with a mission of delivering top-quality garments at a high level of customer service. Since then Hartwell Apparel has become known as one of the leaders in the design and sales of decorated and blank garments to the promotional products industry in a broad category of products including outerwear, wovens, dress shirts, polos, work wear, moisture management items, hats, bags, and accessories. Hartwell’s all encompassing product line allows it to be the uniform supplier of choice being able to outfit everyone in a company.

In 2005 Patriarch Partners LLC purchased Hartwell Apparel giving us the competitive edge to market ourselves with new and innovative products, expand product lines, strengthen our presence as a distribution company, and respond to the demands of the promotional decorated products industry.

Robert Davies
Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer

Rob has been with Hartwell Apparel since 2005, initially in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hartwell he held executive level positions with Fortune 500 Companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe. At Schlumberger Industries, he held General Manager and Vice President positions in Finance, and at Low and Bonar plc he was the General Manager. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Liverpool in England and is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Kevin Schardt
Vice President Sales and Marketing

Kevin has been with Hartwell Apparel since 2007 joining the company from Broder Bros. Co where he was the director of customer service since 2003. Prior to that he held the position of Vice President with several outsourcing call center companies serving the financial services, automotive, pharmaceutical, entertainment, publishing and medical business sectors. After graduating from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania he spent 16 years in the banking industry with Mellon and Key Bank. Kevin and his family live reside in Athens Georgia.
